Product Description

Product Description

This patented VCI and gas barrier technology offers unparalleled protection against corrosion by effectively shielding against elements that cause corrosion, such as contaminated acid gas and marine environments. ICT®540-SDA long-term VCI Film diffuses invisible, odorless, and non-toxic ZERUST® VCI molecules that settle onto exposed metal surfaces inside the packaging or enclosure. Once removed from the packaging, the VCI will dissipate from the metal surface, allowing immediate painting, welding, or further processing.

Use ZERUST® ICT®540-SDA long-term VCI Film to protect metal components, machined and cast parts, engines, molds, and more in the most demanding storage scenarios, as the film is up to 10 times more effective than traditional poly film at blocking gases that cause corrosion and reduce VCI effectiveness. For additional protection, ZERUST® VCI Film may be used with ZERUST® rust inhibitors, preventatives, coatings, or VCI diffuser products. Engineered for a broad range of applications, ICT®540-SDA long-term VCI Film is available in ferrous, non-ferrous, and multimetal formulations and packaging types, including rolls, sheets, tubing, and bags, ensuring an ideal packaging solution. Whether in work-in-progress, storage, or transit, ZERUST® ICT®540-SDA Advanced VCI Film delivers unparalleled performance.
