Use Axxanol™ 34CD to protect metal parts and cast and machined metals during shipment, storage and work-in-progress. Axxanol™ 34CD is perfect for protecting parts during program changeover periods in the assembly process.
Zerust® Axxanol™ 34CD-HF is a solvent-based high- flash point rust preventive coating that leaves a very light, oily film on the protected surface. It provides corrosion protection against aggressive environments such as airborne salts, high humidity and high temperatures.
Typical Axxanol™ 33 applications include corrosion protection for in-line rolling mill applications, cold rolled sheet and coils, wire bar, and cast and machined ferrous and non-ferrous metals during shipment and storage.

Zerust® Axxatec™ 87-MB is a foggable aqueous-based rust preventative liquid. It protects ferrous, aluminum metals via contact inhibitors and proven Zerust® Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) technology and is compatible with most softer metals (copper, brass, bronze, ect.).
Axxatec™ 87-MW3 is a winterized foggable aqueous-based rust preventative liquid product that combines the power of a water-based rust preventative with Zerust® Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors (VCIs). It is designed for use as foggable protection for the inside void spaces of tanks, packages and enclosures in cold weather applications. It protects ferrous metals and is multimetal compatible.
Axxatec™ 8110C was designed for use in closed system, such as aqueous cooling systems or hydraulic systems, and will protect iron, steel, aluminum, copper and brass parts within these systems for up to six months. It is a water-based and easily diluted with coolant or water-based hydraulic fluids.
Axxanol™ Spray-G can be used as a light lubricant while it provides exceptional corrosion protection. The product is resistant to water and is compatible with most rubber and plastic materials.
A range of high-performance powder additives are offered by Zerust®/Excor®. These additives were developed to help you achieve rust-free results in a number of targeted applications.
AxxaVis™ HST-10 powder additive treats water used for hydrostatic testing of pressure vessels and voids. It prevents corrosion by reducing hardness and deactivating ionic contaminants such as chlorides found in municipal water sources that cause rust and hard water deposits on metals.
AxxaVis™ PX-05-AN is a powder, that when added to rinse water, enables it to neutralize acids left by cleaning processes. Use to control flash corrosion on metals caused by acids left over from cleaning and rust removal treatments as Zerust® AxxaClean™.
AxxaVis™ PX-10-HRD is a powder additive that conditions hard water when deionized water is not available. Use to treat tap water with a hardness of up to 700 ppm CaCO3 and prevent scale and scum. It increases the performance of Zerust® products that require dilution, such as Axxatec™ and AxxaWash™ concentrates.
Use Zerust® Axxanol™ 710C to protect engines, hydraulic systems and gearboxes against corrosion during lay up, shipping or other storage applications. Axxanol™ 710C is a VCI Oil Additive that provides thorough protection through Zerust® Contact Inhibitors and VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) chemistry that migrates to protect hard-to-reach internal surfaces of engines, gearboxes and hydraulic systems such as crevices, slots, oil holes, etc for up to 5 years in hermetically sealed systems.
Zerust® VCI rust inhibitors work by releasing a harmless, non-toxic, odorless, colorless vapor into the air around your metal item. Protective molecules settle on all exposed metal surfaces, forming a very thin protective layer that is just a few molecules thick. This molecular layer inhibits electrochemical reactions on the surface of the metal that cause corrosion. Exposed metal surfaces protected by Zerust® benefit from a long-lasting shield against rust, tarnish and corrosion.
Rust inhibitors are commonly chemicals added to a substance to prevent corrosion or lower the rate of corrosion. The inhibitor molecule attaches or coats the metal surface, by forming a thin protective film either by itself or in conjunction with metallic ions, providing a protective barrier film that stops the corrosive reaction from developing.
Rust preventative coatings rely on the formation of a barrier on the metal surface to prevent water from contacting the metal surface. The protective coating that forms vary from (dry-to-the-touch, oily, semi-hard or soft) depending on the product used and also allow different application methods (brush-on, spray-on, or immersion/dip).
