Product Description

Product Description

The VCI skin film secures items tightly to a rigid substrate through a vacuum bonding process, ensuring that each item is maintained in a fixed, organized, and visible position. Consequently, ICT®510-SK Skin Film effectively immobilizes the packaged items, providing a shield against the physical shocks commonly encountered during shipping and handling, protecting delicate items from potential damage.

ZERUST® ICT®510-SK diffuses invisible, odorless, and non-toxic Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor Technology (VCI). As a result, these VCI molecules settle onto exposed metal surfaces inside the packaging. Once removed from the packaging, the VCI will dissipate from the metal surfaces, allowing immediate painting, welding, or further processing. Ideal for packaging valuable components, sensitive tools, drill bits, bearings, and other vulnerable parts, ICT®510-SK VCI Skin Film provides a cost-efficient and intelligent packaging option for metals in shipping or storage. Furthermore, engineered for a broad range of applications, ICT®510-SK is available in ferrous, non-ferrous, and multimetal formulations, various widths, and film thicknesses to meet specific protection requirements. Whether in storage or transit, ZERUST® ICT®510-SK VCI Skin Film delivers unparalleled performance.
