Product Description

Product Description

ZERUST® ICT®510C-AN nitrite-free and non-amine film diffuses invisible, odorless, and non-toxic Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor Technology (VCI).  As a result, these VCI molecules settle onto exposed metal surfaces inside the packaging or enclosure. Once removed from the packaging, the VCI will dissipate from the metal surface, allowing immediate painting, welding, or further processing. In addition, the film passivates typical levels of corrosion-causing contaminants, such as chlorides, nitrates, and sulfides, that are left on part surfaces from metalworking processes.

Use ZERUST® nitrite-free and non-amine VCI film products to protect metal components, machined and cast parts, engines, molds, and more from rust and corrosion for years. Additionally, for added protection, ZERUST® VCI Film may be used with ZERUST® rust inhibitors, preventatives, coatings, or VCI diffuser products. Furthermore, engineered for a broad range of applications, the AN VCI Film series offers product formulations for specific applications (reference protected metal types below) and packaging types, including rolls, sheets, tubing, and bags, ensuring an ideal packaging solution. In addition, custom options such as UV stabilizers, anti-block, slip, and anti-static additives are available to meet specific protection requirements. Whether in work-in-progress, storage, or transit, ZERUST® ICT®510C-AN VCI Film delivers unparalleled performance.
