ZERUST® ICT®510C-SMM1 VCI Film

ZERUST®/EXCOR® ICT®510C-SMM1 VCI Film is a nitrite-free, non-amine VCI film. It protects complex parts with multiple alloys and large susceptible surfaces, even in mildly corrosive environments or where metals are prone to flash corrosion.

Features

  • Delivers slow- and fast-releasing VCI molecules that protect metals for years when used correctly.
  • Passivates corrosive contaminants, which neutralize typical residues from manufacturing processes, including chlorides, nitrates, and sulfides.
  • Provides a nitrite-free, non-amine VCI film formulation that is safe for users and compliant with global regulations (EU REACH, UN GHS, OSHA HazCom, CLP, CA WHMIS).
  • Keeps metals ready for immediate use since the non-amine VCI film dissipates upon unpacking without leaving residues.
  • Offers multimetal compatibility with effective protection for steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, and copper.
  • Backed by over 50 years of proven VCI technology and global technical support
Product Description

Product Description

ZERUST® ICT®510C-SMM1 non-amine VCI film incorporates Intelligent Counter-Corrosion Technologies (ICT®). It delivers both slow- and fast-releasing Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors (VCI), which settle onto exposed metal surfaces within the packaging or enclosure. The VCI film also passivates common corrosion-causing contaminants, including chlorides, nitrates, and sulfides left behind from metalworking. After unpackaging, the VCI gradually dissipates from the metal surface. Any molecular-level traces will not interfere with painting, welding, or further processing.

Use ZERUST® non-amine VCI Film to protect metal components, machined and cast parts, engines, molds, and more from rust for years. For additional protection, ZERUST® VCI Film may be used with ZERUST® rust inhibitors or VCI diffuser products. Engineered for a broad range of applications, ICT®510C-SMM1 VCI Film works with a range of metals, including steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, and copper. It is available in rolls, sheets, tubing, and bags, providing an ideal packaging solution for many needs. Whether in work-in-progress, storage, or transit, ZERUST® ICT®510C-SMM1 non-amine VCI Film delivers unparalleled performance.
