ZERUST® VCI Kraft Paper is bio-based, as well as sourced from responsibly managed forestry product suppliers. It’s fully recyclable, biodegradable, repulpable, and saturated on both sides with invisible, odorless, and non-toxic Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor Technology (VCI). As a result, these VCI molecules diffuse from the paper and settle onto exposed metal surfaces inside the packaging or enclosure. Once removed, the VCI will dissipate from the metal surface, allowing immediate painting, welding, or further processing.

Use ZERUST® ICT®420 to interleave, as well as to wrap metals, as it offers a protective barrier against corrosion without compromising environmental responsibility. Additionally, for added protection in challenging environments, ZERUST® VCI Kraft Paper may be used with ZERUST® VCI poly packaging, rust inhibitors, preventatives, coatings, or VCI diffuser products. Furthermore, engineered for a broad range of applications, ICT®420 is available in multimetal protection formulation, 30#, 35#, and 60# weights, and packaging types, including rolls, as well as sheets with various widths, ensuring an ideal packaging solution.
