Use Axxanol™ Spray-A15G to safely protect machinery, equipment, fabricated metal parts, and other valuable metal assets for up to 1 year‡ outdoors and 5 years‡ indoors in accordance with Caterpillar Inc.’s 1E4973 specification. Furthermore, the weather resistant rust preventative provides very good resistance to rain and weather exposure while also offering light lubricating properties. Additionally, for even longer protection, place coated parts into ZERUST® Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) packaging products to create a comprehensive corrosion management solution for extended storage and international shipping.
Axxanol™ Spray-A15G is compatible with most rubber, plastic, and packaging materials. Choose from custom colors to meet your application requirements. However, non-stock colors require a minimum order of four (4) 55-gallon drums. When the protected asset is ready for service or additional processing, remove the coating with a compatible ZERUST® AxxaWash™ cleaner, commercial alkaline cleaner, or solvent cleaner. Additionally, Axxanol™ Spray-A15G does not intentionally contain barium or heavy metals and complies with Global Automotive Declarable Substance, TSCA, RoHS, and REACH SVHC requirements.
