ZERUST® ActivDri™ CAP-50A Capsule

The ZERUST® ActivDri™ CAP-50A Capsule is a dual-action moisture control product designed for enclosed industrial and electrical applications. It integrates ZERUST® Intelligent Counter-Corrosion Technologies (ICT®), delivering both fast- and slow-acting Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors (VCIs) that protect metal surfaces from corrosion caused by humidity and environmental contaminants.

The ActivDri™ CAP-50A provides protection for multimetal systems, including carbon steel, silicon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and aluminum. It is also compatible with yellow metals and silver, as validated by independent lab testing per IEC 60068-2-60 Method 4.

Once placed inside a sealed enclosure, the capsule releases invisible, odorless, and non-toxic VCIs. These molecules settle on exposed metal surfaces, forming a protective barrier that prevents corrosion.
