The Zerust®/Excor® Axxanol™ anti corrosion oils consist of solvent and oil-based rust preventative products that are specifically designed to protect ferrous, non-ferrous and multimetal metal assets. Use Axxanol™ products to protect bare metal surfaces during manufacturing processes, storage and shipping applications from rust and corrosion. Check with your Zerust®/Excor® representative for a corrosion management system most effective for your metal assets.
Use Axxanol™ 34CD to protect metal parts and cast and machined metals during shipment, storage and work-in-progress. Axxanol™ 34CD is perfect for protecting parts during program changeover periods in the assembly process.
Zerust® Axxanol™ 34CD-HF is a solvent-based high-flash point rust preventive coating that leaves a very light, oily film on the protected surface. It provides corrosion protection against aggressive environments such as airborne salts, high humidity and high temperatures.
Typical Axxanol™ 33 applications include corrosion protection for in-line rolling mill applications, cold rolled sheet and coils, wire bar, and cast and machined ferrous and non-ferrous metals during shipment and storage.
Axxanol™ A35CD-32 enhances the corrosion protection during challenging conditions such as ocean shipments. The coating is non-staining and can be removed with most conventional alkaline cleaners or left on the surface.
Use Zerust® Axxanol™ 33CD to safely protect metals and cast or machined parts during shipment, storage and work-in-progress. It protects multiple metal types against corrosion for up to six months under shelter.
Use Zerust® Axxanol™ 33CD-HF to safely protect metals and cast or machined parts during shipment, storage, and work-in-progress, when a high-flash corrosion preventative coating is needed. It protects multiple metal types against corrosion for up to 6 months under shelter.
Ideal for cleaning and protecting equipment and machinery that is temporarily left outdoors.
This invisible VCI oil provides robust corrosion protection to metal surfaces as well as in hard-to-reach voids, crevices, and chambers.
