For superior corrosion protection in an easy-to-spread grease, use Zerust Z-Maxx LV. The product has a light-grease consistency and provides advanced corrosion protection for machinery and equipment, even outdoors.

Zerust Corrosion Protection
Z-Maxx LV is a hydrophobic and tenacious corrosion inhibiting grease that protects even in extreme weather and salt air. Its consistency makes it easy to spread a thin, uniform film to thoroughly coat and protect all reachable surfaces. It provides ferrous and non-ferrous multimetal protection for one year outdoors and two years under shelter. Z-Maxx LV outperforms, many other corrosion preventative coatings and is easier to apply and remove, saving time and costs associated with corrosion.

Light Lubricant
Z-Maxx LV can be used as a light lubricant while it provides exceptional corrosion protection. The product is resistant to water and is compatible with synthetic rubber and plastics.
 
 
APPLICATION EXAMPLES
 

USE ZERUST Z-MAXX LV FOR CORROSION PROTECTION OF BARE METAL PARTS. IDEAL FOR USE ON INDUSTRIAL AND MINING MACHINERY, TRANSPORTATION, AGRICULTURAL, MARINE APPLICATIONS, CONSTRUCTION AND FORESTRY EQUIPMENT, ELECTRIC MOTORS, AND PUMPS.

CORROSION PROTECTION FOR :
 
 
Directions for use:
 
1. Make sure parts are clean and dry.
2. Wear gloves when handling parts to avoid corrosion causing fingerprints.
3. The part temperature should be near to the ambient temperature when coating.
4. Apply Z-Maxx LV with a brush, roller, or clean cloth.
5. Use or store parts for up to 2 years under shelter or for up to 1 year outdoors.
 
Removal:
 
Zerust Z-Maxx LV can be removed by using any commercially available solvent or alkaline cleaner. Always check to see if removal of Z-Maxx LV is required prior to the use of the protected parts.
