Zerust® Foam Sheeting is an all-purpose lightweight, resilient, and low-cost packaging material. It is resistant to moisture and dust, and tolerates extreme temperature changes. Zerust Foam Sheeting contains proprietary chemical formulations that release an invisible, odorless, non-toxic rust and corrosion inhibiting vapor into the air. The Zerust vapor molecules will settle on exposed metal surfaces in an enclosure and protect them from rust and corrosion.
Zerust® Foam Sheeting conforms to most shapes without adding extra weight, helping to reduce the risk of damage to fragile products in transit. Use Zerust Foam Sheeting to protect products and parts for automotive, electrical, machine, mechanical and military industries.
Zerust® Foam Sheeting is cleared by the US Food & Drug Administration for protecting metals used in food processing and packaging. This product does not have any chemicals coatings that could flake off, stick to, or otherwise damage the product they are designed to protect.
All Zerust corrosion inhibiting products are environmentally friendly, non-toxic, odorless, and non-allergenic.
APPLICATION EXAMPLES
Use Zerust Foam Sheeting to pack fragile items, cover protruding edges or corners of metal objects during shipment or storage. Zerust Foam Sheeting does not interfere with the properties or functionality of the items being protected.
Wrap, fold, or pack metal materials with Zerust Foam Sheeting. Foam sheets work great to line boxes in shipping. Secure sheeting with tape or staples.

Important Information
Metal objects will be protected for up to 5 years as long as they remain inside an enclosure created by the Zerust Foam Sheeting. The foam must be wrapped, folded or packed in such a way to restrict airflow between the metal objects and the foam.
Things to remember when using Zerust products:
Pack only clean and dry parts
Wear gloves to avoid leaving acidic, corrosion causing fingerprints.
When packing metal parts, the ambient temperature and the part temperature should be the same to prevent condensation from forming inside of the enclosure.
Make sure the enclosure is tightly sealed to restrict airflow.
Insert additional Zerust packaging materials with Zerust Foam Sheeting to ensure maximum corrosion protection throughout. Zerust products to use in addition to Foam Sheeting (where applicable): Zerust Vapor Capsules, Zerust Cardboard, Zerust Bags or Zerust Films.
Avoid the contact of metal parts with Non-Zerust treated wood, paper, or cardboard as these materials contain corrosion causing acids.
