For a hard working, corrosion preventative grease, use Zerust® Z-Maxx. One product provides both extreme corrosion prevention for ferrous and non-ferrous metals and also the performance of a high-temperature lubricant grease. Z-maxx is tenacious and hydrophobic and protects metal parts for up to one year outdoors and two years under shelter.
Zerust Corrosion Protection
Zerust® Z-Maxx provides superior corrosion protection even in extreme weather and salt air conditions. It is ideal for use to protect bare-metal parts and components of industrial machinery, military equipment, construction and forestry equipment, and electric motors during operation or long-term storage. Zerust® Z-Maxx outperforms most petroleum-based corrosion preventive coatings (CPC), including the widely known Cosmoline. Zerust® Z-Maxx is easier to apply and remove, saving labor and maintenance costs.
High-Temp Lubricant Grease
Z-Maxx is also a multipurpose EP lubrication grease for high-temperature range applications, such as bearings of automotive, industrial, agricultural, and oil-gas equipment. Zerust® Z-Maxx leaves a clear film on the surface of the metal and has very little odor. It is resistant to water and is compatible with synthetic rubber, and plastics.

CORROSION PROTECTION FOR :
Directions for use:
1.
Make sure parts are clean and dry.
2.
Wear gloves when handling parts to avoid corrosion causing fingerprints.
3.
Make sure the part temperature is equal to the ambient temperature when coating.
4.
Apply Z-Maxx with a brush, roller, or clean cloth.
5.
Use or store parts in protected storage for up to 2 years under shelter or for up to 1 year outdoors.
Removal:
Zerust®Z-Maxx can be easily removed by using any commercially available solvent and/or alkaline cleaner. Always check with your customer to see if removal of Z-Maxx is required prior to the use of the protected parts.
