Zerust Corrugate is acid free, eco-friendly, and can be configured for many applications.
Simple, Proven, and Easy-to-Use
Since proven Zerust protection is built into the corrugate, there is no need for additional wrapping or coatings. There is no removal needed either, simply pack metal parts into Zerust corrugate products and tightly seal. The corrosion inhibiting VCI molecules in the Zerust Corrugate do not interfere with the properties or functionality of the items being protected. Use other Zerust products, such as cushioning film, in addition to Zerust Corrugate to maximize corrosion protection.

Important Information
Metal objects will be protected for up to 1 year as long as they remain enclosed in the Zerust Corrugate box, or are using corrugate as partitions within another enclosed box.
Things to remember when using Zerust products:
Pack only clean and dry parts.
Wear gloves to avoid leaving acidic, corrosion causing fingerprints.
When packing metal parts, the ambient temperature and the part temperature should be the same to prevent condensation from forming inside of the enclosure.
Make sure the enclosure is tightly sealed or closed to restrict airflow.
Insert additional Zerust packaging materials with Zerust Corrugate to ensure maximum corrosion protection throughout. Use Zerust products in addition to Corrugate where applicable, such as: Zerust Vapor Capsules, Zerust VCI Foaming Sheeting, Zerust Cushioning Film, Zerust VCI Bags or Zerust VCI Films.
Avoid the contact of metal parts with Non-Zerust treated wood, paper or cardboard as these materials contain corrosion causing acids.
