Zerust® Profile Board is a weather resistant, durable, and reusable profile plastic combined with Zerust® vapor corrosion inhibiting additives, to give superior corrosion protection. These properties make Zerust® Profile Board an ideal choice for product separation applications such as row and parts dividers, as well as liners for containers, and reusable packaging applications. Use Zerust® Profile Board in place of traditional corrugated sheeting or plywood strength as well as corrosion inhibiting capability.
Zerust® Profile Board contains proprietary chemical formulations what release Zerust® chemical passivation technology that are invisible, odorless, and non-toxic. The Zerust® vapor molecules will settle on exposed metal surfaces in an enclosure and protect them from rust and corrosion for up to 5 years.
APPLICATION EXAMPLES
Zerust® Profile Board is used in the shipping of crankshoots or other heavy machined parts. It is idea as a reusable separator or divider for parts.
Layer Zerust® Profile Board in between metal parts or objects, or simply set metal parts on top of a Zerust® Profile Board. Next, place metal objects (with the Zerust® Profile Board) inside of an enclosure (such as a Zerust® Bag, or wrap with Zerust stretch film) to restrict airflow.

Important Information
Metal objects will be protected for up to 5 years as long as they remain inside of an enclosure with the Zerust® Profile Board (such as a Zerust® Bag, Zerust® Cardboard box, or other enclosure).
Things to remember when using
Zerust® products:
Pack only clean and dry parts.
Wear gloves to avoid leaving acidic, corrosion causing fingerprints.
When packing metal parts, the ambient temperature and the part temperature should be the same to prevent condensation from forming inside of the enclosure.
Make sure the enclosure is tightly sealed or closed in order to restrict airflow.
Insert additional Zerust® packaging materials with Zerust® Profile Board to ensure maximum corrosion protection throughout. Zerust® products to use in addition to Profile Board (where applicable): Zerust® Vapor Capsules, Zerust® Cardboard, Zerust® Plastabs, Zerust® Bags or Zerust® Films.
Avoid the contact of metal parts with Non-Zerust® treated wood, paper or cardboard as these materials contain corrosion causing acids.
