DILUTION RATIOS
Common dilution ratios for Axxatec™ 77C are 1:4, 1:12 and 1:24. Please contact a Zerust® Technical Service Representative to discuss the proper dilution ratio for your application.
SHELF LIFE & HANDLING
Concentrate: Shelf life of 2 years. Diluted Axxatec™ 77C: Shelf life of 1 year; agitate prior to use. Store in original container, at 85º F or less and out of direct sunlight.
DISPOSAL
Dispose of in sanitary sewer. Always consult federal, states and local regulations.
Zerust® Axxatec™ 77C is an easy-to-use, water-dilutable corrosion
preventive concentrate that contains our proven ICT® corrosion inhibiting
technology. Axxatec™ 77C protects iron, steel, aluminum, brass, copper
and zinc for up to four months under shelter.
Use Zerust® Axxatec™ 77C to protect bare metal surfaces (such as
those of golf club shafts) during assembly, large equipment during temporary
storage, and in situations where water-based spray-on, in-line
production or dipping applications are desired. Axxatec™ 77C can be
used in conjunction with Zerust® Ferrous Film for a more robust solution
that provides corrosion protection for up to five years (allow parts
to dry prior to packaging).

CORROSION PROTECTION FOR :
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1.
Make sure parts are clean and dry.
2.
Dilute Axxatec™ 77C with deionized or reverse osmosis water (recommended for optimum performance) in a ratio of 1 part Axxatec™ 77C to 24 parts water. Use vigorous agitation when mixing
3.
Wear gloves when handling parts to avoid corrosion causing fingerprints.
4.
Spray, brush or dip metal parts into diluted Axxatec™ 77C.
5.
Air dry. Drying time is approximately 15 minutes.
6.
Ship or store parts in protected storage (protects up to four months under shelter).
REMOVAL:
Zerust® Axxatec™ 77C can be easily removed by using any commercially available alkaline cleaner or solvent. Always check with your customer to see if removal of Axxatec™ 77C is required prior to the use of the protected parts.
